PREMAX Defense & Maritime

Development, engineering, industrial structuring and production support for patrol, security, interdiction and multi-purpose vessels — from fast patrol boats to autonomous and remotely operated maritime systems.

Small Modular Reactor (SMR) — Pre-Feasibility Stage

Reference concept for a 1 × 300 MWe grid-connected SMR nuclear power plant, developed as an owner-requirements and pre-feasibility basis for engagement with regulators, technology vendors, EPC partners and financiers. Targets low-carbon baseload generation with passive safety systems and a phased, multi-module expansion path. Final technology, site and licensing basis are subject to formal studies and regulatory process.

Realistic horizon for a first-of-a-kind program: approximately 10–15 years from a national development decision to commercial operation. Current recommendation is to proceed with Phase 1B due diligence; a final investment decision (FID) has not been taken.

PREMAX Residences

A boutique multi-floor residential building set within a landscaped hillside site, developed according to contemporary architectural principles, energy efficiency, high-quality finishes and professional project management. Each floor is planned with paired apartment layouts and private terraces; the lower levels accommodate resident parking.

Heritage-Led Hospitality — Brajići, Budva, Montenegro

Preliminary development framework for the conservation-led adaptive reuse of the historic Kosmač fortress above the Budva Riviera into a five-star heritage resort — restored fortress fabric combined with a terraced, low-rise hotel, wellness center, signature panoramic gastronomy and a cultural events program. A discreet VIP gaming component and a Budva–Kosmač gondola link are evaluated as separate, optional workstreams, not assumptions of the base resort case.

PREMAX Space Systems is positioned as a technology and equipment supplier to the orbital economy — not a launch-vehicle or satellite manufacturer. New-generation reusable rockets, autonomous robotics and commercial orbital stations are creating a market for modular, autonomous production and servicing systems, which builds directly on PREMAX's experience in autonomous platforms, robotics and complex-systems integration.
